Ministry of Foreign Affairs is awarding Undergraduate Scholarships for Foreign Service scholars to pursue studies in non-English speaking countries such as China, France, Germany and Japan, as well as in the UK and USA. Singapore citizens or permanent residents are eligible to apply for this scholarship.

• GCE ‘A’ Levels, International Baccalaureate, Polytechnic diploma (with merit) or equivalent
